CSN L-Jay – April 2025 Shop of the Month

CSN L-Jay is a constantly improving facility, always striving to enhance every aspect of its business. The team is positive, welcoming, and dedicated to supporting both their insurance partners and clients while fully embracing CSN systems and corporate resources.

With the construction of their new extension, CSN L-Jay is implementing a state-of-the-art Advanced Repair Planning system to boost efficiency, reduce repair time, and expand their capacity for future claims. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their strong Google rating of 4.8 and continuous sales growth, despite industry challenges.

Beyond business, CSN L-Jay actively gives back to the community by supporting local events and fundraisers, such as charity golf tournaments and career fairs. Their partnership with Rad Torque Raceway has also increased brand visibility, leading to CSN branding on Street Outlaws (Discovery Channel), a televised Amazing Race event at Rad Torque, and participation in major racing events like Hot August Nights and the Rocky Mountain Nationals NHRA.

Currently, CSN L-Jay holds seven OEM certifications and is working toward more. They ensure high-quality, safe repairs by using Repair Logic to access OEM procedures. In addition to their strong relationships with insurance partners, they have built several local fleet partnerships, showcasing their innovative sales and marketing strategies. The CSN L-Jay team is always ready to assist fellow CSN partners, both locally and across the network, by volunteering whenever needed.
